There have been more and more heroes joining the Teen Titans, but the towns hosting them have been put into a tough position. There are laws stating that minors need to be living with a responsible adult, and they must attend school.
Most Titans have been excused from the first, many being emancipated. Others are from other planets and therefore this law could not be reinforced. Unfortunately they have been backed into a corner and now must force the Titans to attend highschool.
Of course, many of the Heroes' elders in the Justice League have protested this, but they had little luck in the situation. Luckily they were able to come up with a somewhat bearable comprimise. They were all allowed to go to the same school, in order to watch eachother's backs, considering those of them who have been in the school system have had bad experiences considering their abnormalities. Jump City High was selected considering it was the centermost school.
The young heroes will come to school under their secret identities, though for some it might not be enough. Those like Beast Boy, among others, it would be difficult to go to school without being noticed. They are also allowed to leave school in groups whenever they need to fight crime in their sectors, though they do have to make up the classwork they missed.
So now, all of the Titans are going to Jump City Highschool, trying to blend in. Some of them prefer to keep to themselves, making some of the normal student think they are stuck up, even if they do not know who they are, and others prefer to mingle.
The choice is up to you, here at Teen Titans go Highschool.

It's been one month since the Teen Titans began attending Jump City High. Luckily they have been doing so mostly without incident. A slip up here and there was to be expected after all. Of course some students are still students who are unsure of the rest, not to mention the Titans haven't exactly been fitting in. With the sheer amount of times they have gotten away with coming in late, even missing class altogether, students don't know what to think.
Unknown to the Titans, school-aged villains have started to make their way into the school as well. They know the Titans go here, they just aren't sure who they are. They are slowly trying to figure out who the Titans are. They've been organized by an older leader, and instructed not to reveal the Titans, or themselves, to the rest of the civilians. They are, however, trying to figure out the Titans by any means possible.
The villains themselves aren't even sure who is organizing them, just that they'll be paid heavily if they are successful. They all received anonymous letters informing them of the Titan's predicament and have been instructed to get their way into Jump city High and give the Titans hell.
