Arisu sat on the roof, legs grossed underneath her in what Americans call 'indian style'. She didn't really understand that too much, but it was whatever. She looked down, her long brown hair twirling in the wind like a gymnists ribbon as she looked down at the dark ground like a wolf starved for weeks watching a deer. There wasn't anything special to do tonight, so might as well use i t be, alone. Like usual.
A loud crack of thunder echoed in the sky as a brief flash of lightning lit up her figure. It was soon followed by a downpour of rain. She blinked, but didn't move. She liked her spot and she never once got sick so why would she now?Even if she did get sick she wouldn't let it stop her.
Arisu inhaled, then held her breath. She heard a whimper of a female. Then the laughter of males and a knife sinking into skin. She stood up. It was right, below her. That was easy. Jumping down silently behind the group of men, the glanced in er direction, as if they did hear her. Maybe it was just instinct. Walking forward as thunder cracke again and lightning flashed to show them her faint figure, they threw the girl to the side, getting their weapons ready. Most had daggers and pocket knives, but one had a gun. The leader she assumed. Each time a light flashed, a guy was taken down and she was that much closer to the one holding the gun. Finally when the thunder called, lightning flashed, she was right in front of him. He yelped, and fell back, firing the gun by accident and stuck her right in the lower left side of her stomach. She was already bleeding because of the large cut on the right side of her stomach from her belly button to her side.
Blinking and grabbing her wound a bit, she just stuck her fingers inside and gripped the bullet and pulling it out, not flinching. That was due to her training. She tossed it in front of him. She could see him star to tremble and back away. He was scared, she had the blood of his comrades on her, bleedin with serious injuries and still standing. that and she was probably just plain scary.
The girl they had was long gone. Good. Walking over, Arisu stamped her foot on him, and pressed on, but with her little weight it was rather difficult. So instead she just sliced his throat quickly just to get it done with. The next flash of lightning, she was gone and on the roof, where she fell to her knees, tasting blood in her outh and dripping out to mix with the puddles of water. She placed her back on a wet box and rested, placing her head back, rain pouring onto it.
